Lesley Waldron, owner and President of IPS LTD, brings 25 years of business and industry experience. Starting as a chemist with graduate work in business, Les has built innovative relationships across the world in the tape and manu-facturing sectors.
Don Montfort, President of PAL Sales LLC, Director of RenoCell, and partner in IPS LTD, has over 40 years with the electroplating and chemical industries. Beginning as a chemical engineer in the mid-south; Don went on to be senior VP of Sales for MacDermid, Inc. before founding IPS and PAL with Les Waldron in 1990. At the cutting edge of printed circuit manufacture and waste treatment, Don has world-wide connections and sales relations with some of the largest plating companies in the world.
