Don MontfortDon Montfort, President of PAL Sales LLC, Director of RenoCell, and partner in IPS LTD, has over 40 years with the electroplating and chemical industries. Beginning as a chemical engineer in the mid-south; Don went on to be senior VP of Sales for MacDermid, Inc. before founding IPS and PAL with Les Waldron in 1990.
